By accessing or using PopBriz Global, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Silver: Free plan with limited features
• Gold: Paid plan with extended access
• Diamond: Full professional access

All payments are billed in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, software, and content are owned by PopBriz Global or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us permission to store and process it to deliver services.

5. Prohibited Use

1. Illegal or fraudulent activity
2. Copyright or trademark infringement
3. Account sharing or resale
4. Reverse engineering or scraping

6. Limitation of Liability

PopBriz Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous six months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
